1. Booking and Reservation:

To secure your reservation for a tour with Vacation Guru, 50% advance of the tour cost is required at the time of booking.

2. Final Payment:

The final payment for your tour is due 10 days prior to the departure date. 

3. Payment Methods:

We accept payments through list of accepted payment methods, like credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI. Please note that additional transaction fees will apply for Credit Card payments, and you are responsible for any fees associated with the chosen payment method.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

a. Cancellation by Vacation Guru: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to Vacation Guru.

b. Cancellation by the Customer: i. If you cancel 30 days or more before the departure date, cancellation fee is 30% of the tour cost.

ii. Cancellations made within 21 to 30 days before the departure date, cancellation fee is 50% of the tour cost.

iii. Cancellations made within 11 to 20 days before the departure date, cancellation fee is 75% of the tour cost.

iii. Cancellations made in less than 10 days before the departure date, may result in a forfeiture of the entire tour cost.

5. Changes and Modifications:

Any requested changes to your reservation, such as tour date changes or alterations to the itinerary, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

6. Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

7. Currency:

All prices are quoted in INR. Any payments made in a different currency may be subject to conversion fees, and the exchange rate will be determined at the time of payment.

8. Acknowledgment:

By making a payment for a tour with Vacation Guru, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our payment terms and conditions.
